The place and the comforts.
They're running out of beach towels and glasses very fast. You should implement the card towel system for better control!

Anything. Many animals on the hotel grounds. Great shows. Despite all inclusive the food is good and the spirits are of good quality.

The location of the resort on the athletic field provides a serene atmosphere and allows for enjoyable walks amidst the lush greenery. The multiple à-la-Carte restaurants offer a variety of dining options, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the proximity to the shore allows for easy beach access, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxation and water activities.
The shuttle system within the resort lacks proper signage and reliability, causing inconvenience and confusion for guests.

The hotel grounds were huge and pleasant to walk around. The beach was lovely and offered plenty of shade and sunny areas to relax. The service was great in most cases, with friendly and helpful staff. The lobby was really nice, one of the best I've seen in resorts. The pools were good, with lots of loungers available. The fitness center was well equipped. There were plenty of activities and shows to keep us entertained.
The food options were a bit limited, with little variation. Some of the Asian dishes weren't to my liking.

Best parts of my stay: Friendly staff, well-maintained facilities. Loved the variety of restaurants and bars. The pools were a key feature, especially the one with the swim-up bar. The location was also convenient for business meetings, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions.
Worst parts of my stay: Some of the rooms were not ready on time, and there were issues with door keys. Waiting for room service and the staff at the buffet was frustrating at times.

Luxury and exclusivity were at the forefront of my mind during my stay at this hotel. The amenities were top-notch and met all of my needs. The spa had a variety of treatments available including massage, body scrub, and facial. The outdoor swimming pool was heated and inviting. The beach access was priceless. The Spa lounge and sun terrace were perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Entertainment was bountiful with karaoke, live shows, and a leisure/TV room. Dining was a delight with delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, including buffet breakfast, poolside snack bar, snack bar.
I encountered only one minor issue during my stay. I felt that some of the staff lacked in service quality which was surprising given the high standards set throughout the rest of the hotel.
